1. How many listeners does Keep The Faith currently have world-wide?”

Presently our mailing list is over 13,000 addresses and is growing rapidly each month. There are over 10,000 CD sermons sent to US addresses, and over 3,000 sent to international destinations. Imagine if just 3 people, on average, listen to each CD. Of course in some cases, many more people hear them as they are listened to by church groups and prayer meeting groups or are copied and scattered around by our subscribers. We don’t know exactly how many lives are being touched and changed by the monthly messages, but we can tell from the letters we receive that people everywhere are listening to the stirring end-time messages.

2. How do you keep track of all the names on the list?

Our staff work hard to faithfully keep up with all the address changes and new subscription requests each month. If you find something wrong with your name and address, please email us or send us a letter and we will fix it. You can email subscriptions@ktfministry.org. You can mail us your changes at Keep the Faith Ministry, Locust Dale, VA 22948.

3. How can you possibly ship this many Cds free of charge every month?

Of course the cost varies from country to country. Our monthly budget to send these sermons on CD is over $30,000. Each CD is free no matter where they are sent. But that means that we are totally dependent on the Lord for the finances to prepare, replicate and ship them. Many of our listeners send financial support each month making it possible to send these CD preachers around the world like beams of light to hungry souls. Many of our listeners cannot afford to send any support, but as God moves upon the hearts of others who can, we are enabled to share freely what God has shared with us. The scripture says, “Give and it shall be given unto you.” That has been our faith-walk as Keep The Faith, month by month, reaches out with the message of truth for these end times.

4. How are so many CDs duplicated each month?

We presently contract with a company in South Carolina to mass produce our monthly sermons on CD. They also assemble and post the packages you receive in the mail, in partnership with a mailing house in their area.

5. How did Keep The Faith get to be so large?

Keep The Faith had humble beginnings in the home of Elder Lawrence Nelson, a retired General Conference Youth Department Evangelist who for 13 years was in charge of youth evangelism called “The Voice of Youth.” After he retired and eventually moved to Oregon, friends began asking for tapes from sermons he was preaching in local churches there. When, because of preaching against the celebration movement, he was told he could no longer preach in the Oregon conference, he began recording his sermons and duplicating them for those who requested them. They in turn passed the messages around and the list of requests for tapes grew and grew. First it grew from 14 to about 100, then 500. Eventually the Nelsons had to formalize this into a more systematic subscription program, as requests for tapes went “through the roof.” 1,000, then 2000, 5000, 10,000 and so on. The secret to this phenomenal growth is simple. Elder Nelson had been feeding faithful souls with much needed and vital end-time messages. This is why requests keep coming in to our offices for subscriptions as we continue the good work Elder Nelson started.

6. What plans does Keep The Faith have for the future?

Pastor Hal Mayer, speaker and director, continues to produce vital end-time messages emphasizing current events in light of prophecy. He is actively traveling and speaking on most weekends throughout the year. Keep the Faith has started a quarterly children’s program called Keep The Faith For Kids. Presently, we are translating our regular sermon text into several languages as translators are available. We now have sermons available in text form in Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Korean and Romanian as well as English. We publish audio sermon in as many languages in which we can arrange a speaker to record them. We are hoping to consistently translate and record audio sermons in all of the languages we service. If you would like to receive a copy of any of them when recorded, please email us or write us. If you would like to be added to the list for other languages as audios are produced, again email or write us.
